Ras Bhingi, a reggae enthusiast, is asking for help after falling into financial difficulty and being unable to pay his rent of KSh 2,500. The situation has left him worried about eviction as he struggles with unemployment.
Just four months ago, comedian Eric Omondi had come to Ras Bhingi's aid after heavy rains flooded his previous home. Omondi managed to raise KSh 311,000, which he used to pay Bhingi's rent for a year and also took him shopping for new furniture. Despite these efforts, Bhingi now finds himself in need again.
In a text message shared by Ghetto Radio, Bhingi expressed his concern about being evicted, mentioning that the unpaid rent is causing him great anxiety. He appealed to the public for support, emphasizing that finding a job is his most pressing need.
Ras Bhingi's appeal highlights the ongoing struggles faced by many who are grappling with financial instability, even after receiving temporary relief. His situation serves as a reminder of the importance of long-term solutions to support those in need
